JUSTICE SCARIANO delivered the opinion of the court: Plaintiff State Security Insurance Co. brought suit against insurance broker Frank B. Hall & Co. and its subsidiary
Frank B. Hall & Co. of Texas alleging that they had committed fraud when they failed to disclose overcharges made to
insureds on policies written by plaintiff, and that defendants should have remitted those monies to it as part of the premiums
paid by policyholders to defendants. Plaintiff appeals from a jury verdict awarding it only $100 in compensatory damages and
from the denial of its post-trial motion; defendants cross-appeal from the judgment entered against them, and from the denial
of their post-trial motion.
